Rental general terms (click here)

- Rates are  for 2 people maximum in 1 bedroom apartment  and for 4 people maximum in 2 bedrooms  apartment.

- A minimum of 3 nights is requested.

- Deposit : 35% at the booking  -  balance cash in Thai Baht at the arrival.

- Electricity based on consumption (individual meters), to pay at the check out (6.5 baht/kWh).  

- For information, average costs  :  +/- 70 THB / day (apartment with 2 bedrooms) or +/- 50 THB / day (apartment with 1 bedroom)
